Office hours are Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, Saturdays from 9 am to 4 pm, and Sundays from 9 am to 3 pm, including public holidays.

The hotel day starts from hour 14:00 and ends at 10:00.

The maximum vehicle height for parking at this property is 1.8 metres.
