- Transaction Fee: A non-refundable 2.9% Stripe transaction fee applies topayments including the bond.
- Statement: Payments will appear as ACCOMMODATE BLUE MOUNT on your bank statement.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made 31 days or more before arrival incur a non-refundable AU$5.00 channel manager fee. Cancellations made within 30 days before arrival are non-refundable.
- Date Transfers: Changes to booking dates arepermitted within 30 days of the arrival date.
- COVID-19 Lockdown: If travel is prohibited due to a COVID-19 lockdown, bookings can be transferred up to one year in advance with one free date change.
- Event Cancellations: Accommodated isresponsible for cancellations of events, functions, or activities. Such cancellations will be governed by our standard cancellation policy.
